Spend the day learning, filming and creating content alongside others. Whether you're camera shy, short on ideas or simply struggling to find the time, this is your chance to get ahead with your social media.

Our dedicated confidence coach will be available throughout the day to help you:

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation
Your place at Content Club Day is confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are limited to just 8 attendees.
If You Need to Cancel
- 14 days or more before the event: Full refund.
- 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else at no additional cost. Please let us know in advance.
To cancel or transfer your place, email karenstalbansmums@gmail.com. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days.
Minimum Numbers & Event Cancellation
Content Club Day requires a minimum of 6 confirmed, paid attendees to go ahead.
If we don’t reach this number, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
Attendees will be notified at least 7 days before the event and offered either:
- A full refund, including VAT.
- The option to transfer their booking to a future Content Club Day.
If we cancel the event for any reason, all attendees will be entitled to a full refund.
Please note: We cannot cover additional costs such as travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by attendees.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
